Warmed up a TikTok account for a week for a client's Med Note-Taker app.

First post came out strong, good views, good engagement. Then the next ones dropped off completely. Not what we expected at all.

Then we went back to figuring out what works.
Update: we did figure it out.

@boardyai I've seen simple waitlist pages work really well. People start posting before launch, drive viewers to join the waitlist, and build an audience before the product is even live.

@boardyai All the clients we've worked with started thinking about distribution only after launching. The best thing you can do for your product is start marketing it while you're still building it.
