I mostly just talk about programming and video games.

@VicHarkness Luckily they didn't blow that out of proportion. 😀 🥁

@TheBiltong You can do it!

If you're into movies, games and captivating indie concepts, you should absolutely play Immortal! Not anything like anything I've ever played, and the sheer frisson of the experience is outstanding.

Disco Elysium hitting hard for Christmas.

Hope you're all doing okay folks.

A tremendous loneliness comes over you. Everybody in the world is doing something without you.

#IXION. A bit of Frostpunk, a bit of Homeworld, and a lot my free time says you should give this game a try.

[Gregory Havenga @OddballGreg]

@VicHarkness Your car is cool. 😃

[Gregory Havenga @OddballGreg]

Thanks for the chuckle @getsentry. 😆

Update: I couldn't resist.

[Gregory Havenga @OddballGreg]

I don't play games quite as much as I used to... but gosh darnit Victoria 3 is looking so interesting and compelling for my nerd brain.

Not sure how long I'll be able to resist.

Tick Tock - A Tale for Two. Interesting little co-op experience to be certain. Perhaps a bit short and no replay value, but enjoyable enough as an experience. :)

[Gregory Havenga @OddballGreg]

@VicHarkness I recommend wearing twice as many clothes. Though you'll spend the energy benefits having to deal with the reduction in maneauverability. XD

[Gregory Havenga @OddballGreg]

"How did you spend your evening Greg?"

"Uhhhh...."

"Greg?"

"Paperclips."

"What?"

"Yeah... I'm kind've wondering that myself."

Whatever it is you're doing, just remember that learning is always a victory.

[Gregory Havenga @OddballGreg]

@TheBiltong Nothing quite as fun as a spot of language learning in the midweek. I had great fun learning about the case system in German a while back.

The joy of software development is that no matter how long you do it for, someone will inevitably find the downside of the code you thought was fantastic when you wrote it.

If you're lucky that'll be before it brings production down.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing to the best of your ability.

Anything less is a waste of time you could have spent doing something you care about more, better.
