And yes, I called 0345 454 1111 - the suggested resolution? I take a new contract at £30 per month! Obviously including a discount which would not increase when you screw me over with the next price rise either. I am appalled to put it mildly.

@virginmedia my bill has gone from £22 to £29 per month, a 31.8% increase! I can see you’ve increased the pre-discount price by 15.9% (more than RPI + 3.9%) but I would expect the RPI + 3.9% increase to apply to my monthly bill post-discount. Whilst no doubt legal, I’m disgusted.
