Gtii —appears that defendants Reichman have known for months that the Fed’s were investigating them. It appears there was a tolling agreement ( so statute of limitations would not run) in place for months. FYI when the receivers counsel referenced things he could not discuss this was probably one of them.

Gtii. Complaint was filed in New York against Reichman and his daughter for in essence fraud and seeks the return of moneys amongst other things.

Neither of them have ever claimed to be financial advisors, always personal opinion. So if you lost money listening to them, that's on you. If you made money listening to them good for you. But neither one of them put a gun to your head and forced you to make the trade stop blaming them and take responsibility for your own trades, win or lose.
