Israeli authorities and security forces deliberately targeted Palestinian children, resulting in genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in Gaza, and war crimes in the occupied West Bank, an independent UN inquiry said https://t.co/61poVhRzmR
Take a minute to listen to UNICEF Spox @1james_elder:
“For Palestinian children this so-called ceasefire has become a cruel and deadly illusion…a 2-year-old boy shot and killed by Israeli forces, a 13-year-old shot and killed in his tent…We must stop normalizing the abnormal.”
Apocalyptic scenes in Lebanon right now.
Israel has launched over 100 airstrikes on Lebanon this morning alone.
Striking South Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley simultaneously.
Entire families have been massacred.
This isn’t a “ceasefire.”
As residents of the southern Lebanese town of Haddatha, along with ambulance crews and the Lebanese Army, entered the town following the implementation of the Iran-US Memorandum of Understanding, which includes a ceasefire across all fronts, including Lebanon, two Israeli explosive-laden military vehicles advanced toward the town square.
■ The vehicles approached the location of a live Al-Manar broadcast, from the direction of Aita al-Jabal, where the correspondent, paramedics, journalists, and Lebanese Army personnel were present.
■ The incident forced the immediate cut of the live broadcast as the vehicles continued advancing toward the gathering.
■ Israeli occupation forces also opened fire toward civilians and emergency medical teams inside the town, further violating the ceasefire.
■ The correspondent later confirmed that all journalists, medics, and soldiers were safe, with no injuries recorded.
This’s not a military vehicle, this is an ambulance that Israel deliberately targeted in Lebanon.
Israel deliberately targeted 162 ambulances, killing 130+ paramedics and first responders, and injuring 400+ in 100 days, since March 2—an average of 2 killed every day for almost 100 days.
This violates international humanitarian law and a war crime under the Rome Statute, but international law clearly doesn't apply to Israel.
Red Cross warns that the identities of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza may never be identified
——
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has warned that thousands of Palestinians under the rubble in Gaza may never be identified due to advanced decomposition and the sheer volume of destruction. After two years of Israel's genocide targeting the besieged population, UN data reveals that three-quarters of the enclave's buildings have been destroyed, leaving behind a staggering 61.5 million tons of debris. This apocalyptic wasteland is 20 times greater than the total rubble generated by all Israeli aggressions in Gaza since 2008.
Recovery efforts for the estimated 8,000 bodies still trapped beneath the ruins remain severely crippled. Despite a ceasefire being in place since December, the Israeli occupation continues to block the entry of excavators and heavy machinery. Rescue teams and Civil Defense personnel are forced to clear mountains of concrete using only their bare hands, shovels, and basic tools, while families accuse Israeli military bulldozers of intentionally displacing bodies to erase evidence of war crimes.
The systematic denial of equipment means vital identifying evidence like fingerprints, dental records, and personal belongings is rapidly being lost to time and environmental decay. There are thousands of Palestinians in Gaza who are still missing, and their families remain in limbo, unsure if their loved ones are alive, dead, or trapped within the interrogation chambers of the Israeli prison system.
#BREAKING
Two civilians have been killed and several others wounded in a series of terrorist Israeli drone strikes targeting the town of Maifadoun in the Nabatieh district, south Lebanon.
The BBC is at it again.
Dahiye is not simply “where Hezb0llah is based.” It is home to 500,000–800,000 people. It’s where families live, where friends meet in cafés and restaurants, where people work, shop, study, and build their lives.
The choice of language is deliberate, dehumanising an entire community to justify I$raeli attacks on civilians.
Shameful
Update from @HadiHtt who was targeted in an I$raeli attack in southern Lebanon earlier today while reporting on the ground in Kfar Tebnit in clearly identified press markings
The story doesn't start today. Who invaded #Lebanon? Who destroyed the south of the country? Who bombarded the capital?Who made one million displaced people? Who didn't respect the ceasefire?
I$rael strikes Beirut’s southern suburbs on the eve of the potential signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the US and Iran which reportedly includes Lebanon.
Attacks such as this follow a pattern every time there is a potential deal on the table and this latest bombing appears to be a clear attempt by Netanyahu to scupper any agreement and continue it’s bloody war on Lebanon and keep him out of jail.
BREAKING:
Apocalyptic scenes in Lebanon’s capital right now.
Israel is bombing residential buildings in densely populated neighborhoods of Beirut.
A ceasefire that still allows bombs to fall on civilians is not a ceasefire.
