@SaraRF15 @AriOffRails every company has a different screening process. In my case if you are a junior with no experience, I look on your education, courses you have done, and if you have any projects (even if it's your personal website). If you have experience then I look on the relevance of that

@AriOffRails I am you, I would work on my CV to make it standout, find open source projects that you can help, work on your Github, find problems that you are passionate about and try to solve them, make them open source... Good luck with your next applications
