Today I had one of those moments only experienced by educators. As I walked out of UTS Engineering building I felt a touch on my shoulder and turned to find one of my former students@GBHS now studying Software Engineering and in his 4th year at UTS.
As a teacher, you have days that end in tears, but you need to remember that your students need you and appreciate you even if you do not hear it enough. I had one of those difficult days today, but I know I need to keep going.
