When our national budget has a fiscal deficit of over 870 billion ,while the country loses 700B annually to corruption & mismanagement of funds, does that instill confidence in Kenyans?

When Government leaders spend hundreds of millions of unexplained cash in bribing voters does that instill confidence?

When the our fiscal debt is spiralling out of control due to poor resource management, does that instill confidence?
