Able to win bronze 🥉 in Group E at the Bergen County Championships today with a PR of 39'9" in the TJ. Congratulations to my many @sjrtrack teammates who medaled and had PRs.

Enjoyed running the 100m and 200m at the Big North Frosh / Novice Conference Championship. Congrats to my teammate Elijah Smith for winning the Frosh gold in the 100m and silver in the 200m & all of the SJR throwers who medaled.

Not the result I was hoping for. Made the finals but finished 6th in the TJ with a PR of 38'11.5" at the Big North United League Championship. My teammates Chase Romain (PR in LJ & TJ) and Jaden Jenkins (PR in LJ) were fantastic.

Congratulations to my Long Jump Relay Teammates, Ryan Dormelas and Chase Romain. Our team jumped 54'11" at the Bergen County Relays today. Ryan and Chase both had PRs & I was able to add an inch for a new PR of 19'01".

Cold day but able to help my school with 1st place finishes in the Long, High, & Triple Jumps. Also had fun running a leg of the 4x400 Relay. Great team effort for SJR's first dual meet win of the season.
