NDA. Have them sieve through all t+at info while creating a catalog based on same issues and urgency or importance
@C_NyaKundiH So you think fear of being arrested is bigger than fear of drowning that they'll respect your threats? Also, how will you prove that in court when one is already dead
@SamGache1@the_sambu Bro if you even knew the kind of training they undergo both locally and internationally, and the cash the govt invests on their training huezi ongeza hivyo. They are not that dispensable as you imagine.. Can't even quit kwa kupenda like any other job or they'd be court martialed

A man has been charged today before a Mombasa court with publishing false information that a woman defrauded Kilifi Governor H.E. Gideon Mun'garo of Ksh 200 million.
Jimmy Charles Mureithi was charged with publication of false information, contrary to Section 23 of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act of 2018.
He allegedly knowingly published false information on his Facebook account under the name 'Mureithi Wa Lucy', claiming that Ms. Loise Makena swindled Governor Mun'garo, thereby tarnishing her reputation.
Senior Resident Magistrate Hon. David Odhiambo heard that the accused, who pleaded not guilty to the charge, allegedly committed the offence on an unknown date, time and location.
Senior Prosecution Counsel Barbara Sombo opposed his immediate release on bail since he was under further police investigation.
Police sought to detain the accused for several days in order to complete investigations, including the analysis of two phones recovered from him suspected to have been used to commit the alleged offence.
The investigators added that the phone analysis could reveal whether there were any further accomplices in the alleged crime.
Hon. Odhiambo ordered that the blogger be remanded for two days at the Central Police Station in Mombasa to allow the police to conclude their investigations.
The court further directed that he appear in court on 11th April 2024, where he would be released on a Ksh 500,000 bond.
