United Nigeria Airline flight from Abuja to Asaba : departure time 4pm - we have been sitting in the airport since 3pm with no information on when we will be boarding. The staff are not helping- saying they don’t know when the aircraft is coming. It is now 7.45pm @flyunitedng

I’m so disgusted with the way @cacnigeria1 operates- how can you say you have gone online but yet your services don’t work as they should? I have paid for annual returns but yet it will just disappear into thin air -as if nothing was done - to solve tickets no one is answering
