@Skyscanner @ITAAirways the worst airline in the world. You cannot get your boarding pass when you check in on the app and need to queue at the airport. Waited 35 minutes in the business class line at LAX today and then had luggage issue. Never again @ITAAirways in business class

@ITAAirways @Skyscanner Finally after an 11 hour flight from LAX to Rome Fiumicino we had to disembark by bus 🤦‍♂️
It is really a shame as your new A350 plane covering the route is very comfortable (even if the electric plug on seat 5A was not working also so I had to stop working after a while 🤦‍♂️)

@ITAAirways @Skyscanner Really a TERRIBLE check in experience.
It was also a mess also at check-in in Rome for my outbound flight to NYC on July 12: I waited 45min just to get a boarding pass when all other airlines flying to the USA allow you to check in on their app when you only have a carry on

@ITAAirways @Skyscanner FYI I also waited more than 30min to check in as there was only one person for business class and she was giving grief to many other business class passengers regarding their luggage causing a lot of delays.

@ITAAirways @Skyscanner My flight was between LA and Catania with a stopover in Rome. My carry on luggage was 15kg and my computer bag was 7kg and your manager in LAX told me it would be dangerous to have my carry on in the over head compartment in case of turbulence 🤦‍♂️

@ITAAirways the worst airline in the world. With a business class ticket paid several thousand euros from Los Angeles to Rome, they just refused that I take on board a carry on bag and a computer bag accepted by the 6 airlines I have used on this 3 week business trip. Never again

@British_Airways particularly the business class lanes for connections:they are more crowded than most other lanes and the staff is horrible
