@JPBrown5 For me, more. I currently work in a restaurant that is super understanding of my PTSD and anxiety. I have never had an employer let me go home without a fight because I'm having a breakdown before. I love it.
It looks like I should be stable enough to get the podcast up and running again next week. Thank yall for understanding that sometime #mentalhealth comes first!
We're taking a short social media break until this virus passes. My anxiety is way to high to keep checking. Hopefully I can put out an episode tomorrow but I've been to stressed to record it so far. #MentalHealth#selfcare#COVIDー19

The numbers continue to move in the wrong direction. 2018 now a death by #suicide and 25 attempts every 10.9 minutes in the US. That's an attempted suicide every 26.2 SECONDS in the US. Suicide is NOT the answer. Please Retweet and help to #StopSuicide!
@Anxiety_Sugarr I've had someone tell me I couldn't be suicidal cause I had a job that I was good at and friends that loved me. People really don't understand that mental illnesses don't fit into a box.
I've been struggling with my #anxiety since Tuesday. I'm fine all morning but then I'm hit with crippling anxiety right before work. None of my tools are working and I'm so done with this. #sicknotweak#mentalhealth#PTSD
