At long last mystery solved. The person who made the little plaque with a etching of Freddie Mercury is Lino Cericola who lives in Feltham originally from South Africa. A dedicated Freddie Mercury Fan.
Today's history walk was attended by around 50 people to see some of the sites around Hanworth Airpark.This included seeing the Longford River & and hearing its history,the Mount(ice-house) bridlepath,the plane turning circle for the war,Tudor House and St Georges church tours.
A FREE history walk/ tour will be taking place on Sunday 16th July.
Meet at 1:45 pm at Browell's Lane near the AirMan pub Feltham.

I attended Community Solutions at Feltham Assembly Hall session today, it is very informative, please come every Tuesday afternoon, 2pm - 5pm and discuss your issues, our best borough officers are there to help you.

Within the criteria of the Pocket Parks funding for the Freddie Mercury Memorial Garden, the Friends group would visit two other community groups. Our first visit was with Abundance London (Chiswick). Karen Liebreich gave us a tour round. @AbundanceLondon
