Today, we also celebrated the longest day of the year with a trip to St Mary’s for a summer service. With thanks to Reverend Carrie, the children enjoyed a ‘family service’. We also took our class lanterns and banner to celebrate some of the lovely traditions of our school.

An amazing day in Portsmouth with our Lego Coding club. Thanks to the hard work of our 2 fantastic parents, who have run the club, the children were all awarded medals for their excellent work. #LEGO #STEMeducation

Our Year 6 leavers spent a special day at Winchester cathedral on Tuesday. We were very proud of them all, especially our prayer readers who spoke so confidently. @CofEWinchester

This week at Coding Club, we learnt how to engineer for accessibility. The children are really starting to show excellent teamwork and design skills, with empathy for people with a disability.

This week in coding club, we learnt about safety features and how to safely carry cargo around the world by air or by sea.  We prototyped our designs, incorporating high vis clothing and helmets for safety, and demonstrated them to our coaches.
