simple block house with custom maps and shaders, to create any size eastern block buildings, but make it feel more alive by adding custom lights for every flat and wrap the building a little bit to give it more life

beside any car it can also simulate any surface conditions - rain, snow, gravel, road etc afftecting slippage grip and so on (here we have some icy retro vibe)
