Team Off-Balance had a great day yesterday @thecurvetheatreleicester participating in a masterclass led by Lisa Simpson. It was fascinating exploring the ‘Simpson Board’ as an accessible tool for choreography. We took a lot away with us and met some wonderful people 🙏

We spent the day at the Midlands Arts Centre. We don’t often get the chance to attend many events, but today we were able to attend the Dance Development Leaders Group meeting. It was so refreshing to be part of a bigger dance picture. 💃🙏❤️
