Newsom is setting up “it was Trump’s fault because he didn’t send help fast enough”. Of course no one is asking who in Garden Grove government thought it was okay to allow a hazardous chemical plant in a densely populated residential neighborhood?
Residents should sue the plant and the city and the officials who approved the plant without any assurances that there were any emergency plans in place. Apparently, it never occurred to anyone that a leak or explosion could occur. That sounds like negligence at the very least! What makes it even more troubling is no one in the country seems to know what to do! Which means other plants across America should beware.
