GM, With recent Web3 layoffs, colleagues are starting fresh journeys. My 2022 OpenSea layoff taught me the importance of building a support network and mutual assistance in the Web3 world. Here are the key takeaways;

1. Build connections, especially within Discord, or Slack...to support your dispersed team.

2.Create a webpage (e.g., Linkyree) with job skill descriptions for a strong impression on potential employers and mutual assistance.

3. Be cautious with your statements, as they may be screenshotted and used against you, especially during media interviews.

4. If you have special circumstances, like maternity leave, explore compensation options.

5. Stay active and network. Web3 values ​​community culture and personality. Showcase your skills through content, podcasts, tutorials, or projects to stand out and monetize your abilities.

6. Explore diverse Web3 roles; ApeCoin DAO offers committee positions and startup funding through AIPs. Or VC🫶

7. Watch for Web3 projects bridging Web2; they create unique job opportunities.

8. Network directly for job inquiries instead of relying solely on LinkedIn. Personal introductions often work better.

9. Or, build your own. Even a small start；Like IP is on the hot topic. Would be fun to cook 🫶

Royalties are pivotal for NFTs. They drive community growth and advance the IP ecosystem. Some platforms recently eased royalty enforcement, impacting creators and Web3 potential. A robust royalty system nurtures creators and attracts collectors.

Removing royalties risks shorter project lifecycles, overspending, and one-time Rug schemes. Platforms can learn from DAOs or tokenize for sustainability.

In branding, strong brands cultivate loyalty, fostering trust and consumption. As seen in the NFT boom, this applies to Web2 and Web3. Platforms prioritizing user experience build trust and drive consumption.

Mature platforms must pay attention to foundational users while supporting creators. The market should benefit from Web3; royalties sustain momentum, welcoming new creators and projects.
