🚨 NIGERIANS, PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY FROM PARIPESA!

On the 18th of this month, I won over ₦6 million on Paripesa. I attempted to withdraw my winnings and was only able to withdraw ₦100,000. Shortly afterwards, I was instructed to contact support via email.

Since then, this is what I have been going through:

19th: They requested an ID. I submitted my Voter’s Card.

20th: They requested my bank statement. I submitted it, and immediately afterwards they asked me to provide a photo of myself holding my ID next to my face while showing my Paripesa profile. I submitted it.

They then emailed me asking whether I was related to three individuals: Abdullahi Ade**, Omoregie Vin**, and Mamudu Eliz**. I told them clearly that I do not know these people.

21st: I asked when I would be able to withdraw my winnings. Their response was: “Dear customer, all requests are processed in turn.”

22nd: I requested another update and was told: “Dear customer, your request has been sent to our specialists, please wait for notification to your e-mail.”

23rd: They requested a utility bill for the last month from the address registered on my account, regardless of who pays the bill. I submitted it.

They then requested utility bills for the last 3 months, which I also submitted.

After that, they requested my Driver’s Licence. I submitted it.

27th: They requested my international passport. I submitted it.

30th: They emailed me again asking me to take a selfie holding a sheet of paper with the current date and the code 14s3Mq written on it.

At this point, I refused because I honestly feel like I am being subjected to unnecessary and excessive verification after already providing multiple forms of identification and every document they have requested.

Paripesa, kindly pay me my money.

How many documents and forms of identification does a customer need to provide before being allowed to withdraw legitimate winnings?

I have cooperated with every reasonable verification request and provided numerous documents. If there was a complete list of documents required, why were they not requested from the beginning instead of sending me a new request every few days?

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want access to my winnings.

I am sharing this publicly because this has gone on for days and I need answers. Paripesa, please complete my verification and release my winnings.
