@vanreanalyst The insurance thing has the ability to go south for the government: I don’t know if we can or should bail them out, but this government pretty much declared cheap car insurance as a human right, so it will be hard to justify why we put $B into ICBC if people lose their homes.

@vanreanalyst I think the big concern will be if the insurance thing hits individual landlords renting condos and purpose built rental and takes units out of comission, either because people sell or the units become unmortgagable without insurance.

@PhillenniumLine I lived near Rupert for 3 years. Its weird; there are so many people flowing out if there at 5:30. Renfrew is also weird, but mostly because no one actually ever seemed to be in or around those buildings.
