A new beginning for young Indians stepping into public service.

Hon’ble Minister Chaudhary Jayant Singh participated in the 20th Rozgar Mela in Kochi, addressed by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji, as more than 51,000 appointment letters were distributed across 45 locations nationwide.

With #NagrikDevoBhava at its core, the Prime Minister called upon new appointees to embrace citizen-first public service with dedication, humility and sensitivity.

The programme also reflected a larger national vision—transforming education and skilling, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship and creating stronger pathways to employment. Through #PMSETU, this vision is strengthening ITIs and preparing young people to learn, earn and contribute to India’s growth.

Connecting industry-led skilling with global career opportunities.

Hon’ble Minister Chaudhary Jayant Singh visited ESPOIR Academy, Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Kochi, established in 2015 by KASE in partnership with ERAM Holdings and also an NSDC training partner.

The Minister reviewed its NSQF-aligned training across Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Industrial sectors, along with international placement opportunities and skill verification programmes undertaken with NSDC and Takamol.

A successful public-private partnership between the Government of Keralam and ERAM Holdings, the Centre demonstrates how industry-aligned training can strengthen employability and open global pathways for young people.

The Minister appreciated the team’s efforts and encouraged them to explore new opportunities to further expand the initiative.

Hon’ble Minister Shri Jayant Chaudhary visited the Skill Development Institute, Kochi and interacted with trainees undergoing hands-on training across Welding, Electrical, Instrumentation and Fitter trades.

Led by @BPCLimited under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, #SDIKochi combines specialised workshops, industry-grade labs and practical training to equip young people with skills aligned to industry requirements.

The institute reflects the potential of stronger industry participation in skilling—where training infrastructure, technical expertise and workplace needs come together to prepare a job-ready workforce.
