“I turned out pretty great, that means you obviously did something right mom. Now you’re going to be a grandma.”

@Brokepizzaria Vanessa sat up and gently places a hand on Mags’s little bump and caresses it because Vanessa can see that Mags is in discomfort.

“It’s alright baby, I’m right here. Do you need me to get you anything baby? Water or maybe some medicine?” Vanessa is still rubbing Mags’s bump.

@knowsstars “I am looking at your little boy, Stephanie and I can see that you did an amazing job and continue doing an amazing job.” Vanessa smiles at Benji who is now lifting up a book to his mommy.

“He has. I think that he also wants his mommy to read to him. Please, feel free.”

@knowsstars “I imagine it is very difficult, which is exactly why I am trying to be so supportive but it also makes me wonder if it is becoming frustrating for Mags.”

Vanessa then smiles at Stephanie and then nods her head “I should gently ask Mags, it’s better that I know the truth.”

@Brokepizzaria Vanessa, on autopilot is now up and helping Mags, cleaning her face, giving Mags a full shower, places the sick bucket by Mags’s side of the bed, then starts lulling Mags.

“You should sleep now, it’s okay.” Vanessa kisses Mags’s cheek then falls into a deep sleep again.

@MarriedAfton Vanessa by now is already biting nervously on her nails whilst her mom is writing the note and then exhales in relief when her mom finishes on the phone.

“What did they say, Mom? Did they accept the appointment?” Vanessa then listens carefully in case Mags had woken up.

@MarriedAfton Vanessa nods her head and gives the phone to her mom knowing that it is for the best and then takes a breath and then pours herself some water.

“You are right mom. Thank you.” Vanessa then sits down and then takes a few slow sips of the water whilst her mom is on the phone.

@Brokepizzaria “I love you too.” Vanessa is sobbing more and then lays down in Mags’s arms until she falls asleep but whilst sleeping Vanessa is holding Mags’s hand so that she knows Mags will be okay.

Vanessa stayed asleep until morning and continues to hold Mags all through the night.

@knowsstars “I do, Stephanie and I think that is why I am really taking your advice because this the right thing to do.” Vanessa smiles whilst watching Stephanie be happy.

“Maybe I have spoke to Mags about all this I can come back and tell you how it went. Would you like that Stephanie?”

@MarriedAfton Vanessa nods her head and takes a moment to look at the number but also stop her hands from shaking before smiling.

“I can do this, it’s for Mags and for our baby and I think it’ll also put Mags’s mind at ease. Vanessa punches in the numbers and then puts the phone to her ear

@Brokepizzaria Vanessa instead just bursts into tears when Mags crushed her biggest fear with just a few simple words and then nods her head then moves her head into Mags’s chest.

“I’m going to be the best mommy and hopefully wife, too.” Vanessa says through muffled sobbing.

Vanessa exhales softly and gives Stephanie another cuddle to prove just how grateful Vanessa is for Stephanie’s help.

@Brokepizzaria “I do baby, I really do and I don’t think it is silly at all, let’s find a picture frame together tomorrow but for now. You hold onto this for me.”

Vanessa gently picks up Mags and then starts carrying her upstairs “And I am going to bring you back upstairs to bed baby, okay?”

@MarriedAfton Vanessa smiles warmly at her mom and nods her head but Vanessa also cuddles into her mom before pulling back and then smiles warmly at her mom.

“Thank you mom, it smells incredible.” Vanessa takes a small sip and then nods “Okay, let’s start this game plan, shall we, mom?”

@knowsstars Vanessa is carefully writing down everything that Stephanie is telling her whilst nodding her head and the Vanessa smiles at Stephanie.

“Thank you for this Stephanie, this means I am really going to take care of Mags now and I’ll be sure that she knows it is because of you.”

@knowsstars Vanessa nods her head and takes a good mental note of what Stephanie said so that she could take a physical note of it later on.

“Noted and what about in the later months of pregnancy when you got tired, uncomfortable or in pain. What did your husband do to help you?”

@MarriedAfton Vanessa is taking a few breaths until she completely calms down and is also mentally counting to ten and then Vanessa finally opens her eyes and looks at her mom.

“You are right mom, if I am panicking then that is going to make Mags panic and she really doesn’t need to panic”

@Brokepizzaria Vanessa gently has her hand on Mags’s lower back and is looking over all the drawings whilst smiling and then presses a kiss on Mags’s temple.

“These are beautiful baby. Why don’t we go out tomorrow and buy some frames and then hang them up in the nursery, it’ll be perfect.”
