@ArgosHelpers Hi, I’ve contacted your team via chat and call about an issue with a faulty product and they have not been helpful in organising the refund. I have also been unable to contact any complaints team to escalate, please may you direct message me to discuss further?

@Argos_Online Can you tell me what the coating is on your Acacia Wood Butcher Board set of 3. Customer service team didn't know. Can't find anything in the product description or elsewhere online. I'd like to know what finish or coating has been applied in the factory. Thanks.

@Argos_Online if you buy item with replacement care can you go to ANY branch to return/claim or must go to same one you originally bought?

@Kamron09 @Argos_Online @ArgosHelpers Appalling company, lost my complete trust. Took my money and cancelled my order too. Been looking for this Xbox for over a month since the first batch and the payment issues. Pathetic @Argos_Online

@SpawnPoiint @Argos_Online I can't remember the last time ANYTHING I wanted was in stock at Argos, so sadly, this comes as zero surprise. Argos is quite pointless these days.

@RedheadWanderer @SpawnPoiint @Argos_Online It is, NEVER pre order hardware from Argos.
It has always been similar since PS3 release.

@Nasher6328 They are stating

As of now, there has been no offerings of compensation regarding this issue.

-Nitesh

So they lied to me @Argos_Online

@Argos_Online @xboxuk @XBOXSupport @ArgosHelpers I've been through this and it's absolutely useless. I don't want to trawl though automated messages giving me the same old rubbish you're probably telling everyone else you've messed around in regards to the Xbox X25 console pre-orders.

Fancy taking full payment for an item, @Argos_Online, AFTER you send out a "sorry, your pre-order has been cancelled".

Absolutely bloody shocking.

@ArgosHelpers I've just gone to Argos Leigh dealt with Donna . I have returned numerous clothes items and she's taken a too but not registered the return so now I'm going to be charged £16 for a top I don't even own!!!!!!

@ArgosHelpers @Argos_Online You took £759 for my Xbox Series X25 pre-order, emailed "Order confirmed", told me the next day it was back in stock, then cancelled mine 3 days later for "insufficient stock". It's now sold out everywhere. A refund doesn't fix this. Order 1540808453 – please reinstate it.

@Argos_Online please tell me why you have ignored my post about your delivery driver who hit my car causing a lot of damage then drove off. Do you condone your rivers breaking the law. If you had a contact number I might be able to speak to a human.

Day 9 trying to resolve a faulty £849 dryer with @Argos_Online.

I've repeatedly explained I cannot use the phone. They finally escalated my case... to a team that only uses the phone.

Their solution? Get a friend or neighbour to speak for me.

I need accessible written contact.

@ArgosHelpers Applied for an Argos card online. Although apparently accepted, the e-sign at the end ticked - hit the submit button - doesn't work. Its annoying to fill in this somewhat slow and clunky registration form, only to find it impossible to submit at the end.
