@HMRCcustomers New tax code is 208L and was issued in the new tax year on 6th but just checked my newest payslip issued yesterday and it was BR.

@HMRCgovuk how do I sort out my tax code? After contacting you a couple week ago, my tax codes still haven’t changed and I’m still on BR although my HMRC account saying otherwise.

@HMRCcustomers I’m talking on your live chat feature and the last advisor could only provide general information and couldn’t update any codes, he’s transferred me to another department and it just keeps saying I’m number 1 in the queue for last 10-15 minutes…

I started one on 1st December which my first paycheque was on 12th December and the other on 21st November and my first paycheque is due tomorrow.

@HMRCcustomers No as it was only on a supply basis as it was as a supply teaching assistant which I've not had a job with for months.
