this is unacceptable. My flights were cancelled TWICE (Oct 30 Lagos–Jos & Dec 2: Jos–Lagos), causing hotel costs, emergency rebookings, delayed refunds, and rescheduled international travel.
I requested a refund on Nov 27, 2025. It’s been weeks of “final stage” excuses no refund.

Debiting this amount on SMS charge?? Very ridiculous. Meanwhile my other banks are sending me birthday wishes on this day of my birthday. I’m really disappointed at @gtbank you guys need to do better.

I really can’t understand why I have to spend 3 whole hours at @FirstBankngr Rumola branch to get a new ATM card and to correct a name on an account. Like what is this. Trust me the crowd wasn’t much at all. But the process was really slow and frustrating.

@GanyeImrana @IU_Wakilii Copers are actually receiving minimum wage. Cause when it was 19k coppers were receiving 19,500, it then increased to 30k coppers were paid 33k. So if they are adding to the lowest minimum wage earners then copers should also get
