ZICHIS promoters; Chilla Ent Ltd and Winners Investment & Trust Ltd would be injecting capital worth around 2B- they tagged it non equity meaning that no new shares will be released and no dilution at least for now- but will be treated as long term liability in the balance sheet that will be redeemed at a future date by a debt conversion to equity during a public offer or right issues.

I expect the market to react to this either way- I simply read this as a new debt incurred but not all debt are bad when well structured and utilized.
