U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Michelle Bongiovi was pulled over for speeding. She refused to fully lower her window, provide license/registration/insurance, or exit the vehicle despite repeated orders, repeatedly demanding a supervisor and questioning the stop.

After warnings, deputies smashed her driver's side window with a baton, unlocked the door, forcibly removed her, and arrested her.

Charges included DUI, resisting an officer without violence, and failure to obey lawful orders.
