journalling is a good way to express your thoughts and feelings. even if its only about how your day went, its a good idea to get it all out so it doesn't bottle up and become an issue for you and your mental health

Fun Fact: dolphins are actually more "evil" than sharks. they have more mental capacity than sharks do. they tend to attack for their own amusement while sharks only if provoked or confused on if you're a snack or not ( they usually spit humans out tho)

one thing that is helpful for people with ADHD (speaking from experience) is breaking tasks down and using sticky note reminders for things so there is always a visual reminder of what has to be done.
