First full day on the paid version of @Read_CMO and they’ve already failed me by not recording 3 critical meetings. No explanation. No access to the report despite seeing the reader in all the meetings. Unacceptable.
I even keep a photo of my QR code in my phone after I saved the rewards that I wanna use. They scanned it and all of the rewards I wanted to use didn’t even process. It’s a joke
@Wendys talks a lot of shit for someone whose mobile rewards app is a consistent failure. I kept the app open and ready to scan the entire time I was in line and the minute I got to the window to pay for my order the app automatically logged me out and refused to log back in.

How can I speak to a human at @Verizon . The people at financial services interrupt each call and refuse to let me speak to a human until I pay them. I can’t pay them if I can’t talk to someone about the questions and concerns I have regarding what I need to pay.
