Every Sebaashray camp reminds me why public service must stay rooted in reality. Every decision, every initiative ultimately comes down to whether it makes life a little easier for someone who needs help. Sebaashray was built with that clarity, and at the Diamond Harbour SDO Ground, that purpose was visible in the simplest, most meaningful ways.

I spent time with people who came seeking care, listened to their concerns, and reassured them that their health will never be treated as an afterthought. For those in need, wheelchairs were provided so that dignity and movement were not denied alongside treatment. Sebaashray is not about one camp or one visit, it is about building a sense of certainty that support will be there when it is needed most.

What truly stayed with me was the affection people expressed in their own ways. The smiles, the waves, the warmth from those who simply wanted to be seen, touched me deeply. That love is not something I take lightly. It strengthens my resolve to serve with honesty, consistency, and care.

More than a programme, Sebaashray-2 is a statement of principle about how care should be delivered and how it should never be denied. It rejects the comfort of postponement, because in healthcare, delay is injustice to those who cannot afford to wait. It rejects the impulse to judge illness, recognising that suffering is a human condition to be met with care and respect.

It rejects leaving treatment to uncertainty, fortune, or the overstretched resilience of families who already shoulder profound emotional and financial burdens. And most importantly, it rejects the notion that vulnerability must bargain for dignity, or that a person in pain must plead, demonstrate, or validate their despair to receive compassion.

Now, as Sebaashray-2 enters its 32nd day in Satghachia, its greatest message is consistency; service that does not appear and disappear, but service that stays. This is resolve. This is presence. This is trust built through continuity. #Sebaashray2 continues, rooted in people, purpose, and responsibility.

This time, the initiative will span across all 7 Assembly segments, running continuously until 22 January 2026, followed by Mega Camps from 24–28 January, 2026.

Altogether, 165 General Camps and 8 Model Camps will be organised, each one designed to bring quality medical care directly to the people.

As before, Sebaashray will continue to provide:

The Election Commission is deliberately planting selective leaks to falsely claim that they have provided a point-by-point rebuttal to the issues raised by the AITC delegation today. These assertions are not just misleading, they are OUTRIGHT LIES. If the EC truly has nothing to hide and actually believes in transparency, then instead of hiding behind motivated leaks, it must immediately release the full CCTV footage and every piece of evidence it claims to possess. Anything less only exposes their bad faith and raises serious questions about their intent.

And let me add this clearly: A few hours will always be too short , take as many days as you want to answer the five basic questions we placed before you.

We have ENOUGH DIGITAL EVIDENCE to prove how your narrative is being distorted through planted, fabricated leaks. So THINK TWICE before you choose to pick a fight with West Bengal and @AITCofficial .

I understand your frustration, Mr. SIR, but facts do not bend to convenience. If energy is available for planting stories, surely it can be redirected to answering the five simple questions.

Time has been sought for a delegation of 10 MPs. They are representatives ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, unlike the CEC and ECs who are hand-picked by the Government of India. These selective leaks portraying the EC as “transparent” and “cordial” are nothing but a manufactured facade.

If the @ECISVEEP is genuinely transparent, why is it scared to face just 10 MPs ? Hold the meeting openly. TELECAST IT LIVE and answer the five straightforward, legitimate questions that the AITC will place before you.
