As a software engineer, if you insist on vibe coding and generating all your code with AI, it is in your interest to at least read these two books.

You’ll spend most of your time prompting LLMs to make the code better, but you need to know what exactly 'better' code looks like.
You can also preserve your coding style and even become a better engineer while using LLMs for coding tasks.

Pick one high-demand skill and build your whole resume centered around it.

You can easily compete with average senior devs this way.

I usually don’t suggest being a “frameworker” but if you think you don’t have time for open source, DSA, etc. and need a job urgently, then you don’t really have many options.

Pick some framework, make a couple of serious projects, go through common interview questions related to that framework and apply to dozens of startups/agencies.

Once you have a job, then try to upskill and switch for a better salary.
