Once you are paid this type of salary... you are expected to win... period.

In regards to HC salary... 50+ HC make $6MM+ per year and the figure keeps going up yearly. IU assistants are not making HC salaries.

If they wanted to keep expectations low... they would have let Cignetti go and hired a coach to help deliver medicore results.
