It is time for tenants in the USA to stand up and advocate for themselves against the fees @AppFolio charges tenants when they have to pay rents to their landlords. The fees by @AppFolio are robbery. That is one of the major reasons why homelessness is spiking in the USA.

@POTUS and @realDonaldTrump, are you leaders aware that @AppFolio and many, if not all property management companies in the USA make their tenants pay an extra $9.99 per transaction when paying rent using a debit card? Why charge $2.49 per transaction for all eCheck payments?
