Tonight, me and Claire Keer had the privilege of sitting down with 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥, a bereaved father who turned his unimaginable pain into purpose after losing his child to suicide. Determined to ensure no one faces their struggles in silence, John founded 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟒 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 🤝.

What started as a personal journey of healing has grown into a vital community support system. Every 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, the charity hosts 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 & 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬—safe spaces where you can move your body, speak your mind, or simply listen and be present. There’s no pressure, just fresh air and genuine connection. 💬

But John isn't stopping there. He is about to undertake an epic challenge: walking the full length of the country, from 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐎’𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝'𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐝 🇬🇧. To honour his son, he will be making the journey dressed as his son's favourite superhero, Deadpool, and carrying a massive 15kg bathtub the whole way!
This journey is more than miles; it’s a powerful statement that hope exists, even in the darkest times, and a mission to raise awareness and funds to keep supporting those affected by loss and mental health.

We are so inspired by his resilience and the work of 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟒 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞. Whether you join a weekly walk or follow his epic journey, you are part of something bigger. You are not alone. ❤️
