I do think Saïx treated them rather unfairly during their time in the Organization, but Roxas and Xion aren't the type of individuals to actively seek out fights with their coworkers unless if they believe their friends have been wronged.

Although some hold the opinion that Roxas and Xion shouldn't have been so forgiving, it's important to remember how much friendship means to them as well. They know how it feels to lose a friendship too. All they truly wanted was to be together forever as a trio with Axel.
