Atleast i would have called 15+ times to care. No answer. Posted in X no answer. Mailed them.. no answer.
I ended up giving up and asked to cancel my jio fiber connection. It was worst experience i had... I didn't used my internet after recharging after 1st of Feb.

I have jio fiber in my home Nagercoil where I won't face any issue. But in Chennai it's too worst .kindly make it good
