RWU marked Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day with a dignified ceremony that brought together the spirit of patriotism, national responsibility and a renewed commitment to the country’s progress.

The series of activities organized in observance of Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir concluded with an interactive session by the VC Prof. Dr. Tayyaba Zarif, with students of RWU. She urged students to always remember the Kashmir cause and uphold the values of justice and peace.
RWU organized a series of activities to observe Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir including seminar and a solidarity walk.
The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Sheikh Waleed Rasool, Convener Research & Academic Initiative, Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad.
A delegation from RWU participated in the Solidarity Walk and Art Exhibition organized by the Rawalpindi Arts Council.
The delegation, led by Ms. Khadija Saeed, Director Student Affairs, joined the event to express solidarity with people of Jammu & Kashmir.
