Hello @smcdao family $WKC, I'm Ebuka Simon, a real estate consultant in Abuja. I help people build sustainable wealth through real estate investment. As we prepare for the wealth transfer, one way to preserve and grow your wealth is through real estate investment.
Before I studied wealth, I studied so much about water.
Because wealth, just like water is liquid. That’s why you often hear the term liquidity a lot in the financial space.
If you have ever studied the ocean, you will know that as you start to dive deeper, something changes.
The clear blue water begins to get darker and turns from blue to grey and from Grey eventually turns to black.
Even the types of creatures you see as you dive deeper become very scary and different.
At that depth, sunlight can no more reach the bottom of the ocean and Darkness takes over.
Please don’t think I am still talking about water and don’t lose the light within you as you go deeper.
Let me tell you the hardest thing about God you may have to think well about.
If you think God will simply drop $1 million into your Peniwallet while you sit there doing nothing, then you do not understand who God is.
God is not a waster. He does not entrust more to people who waste what they have already been given. (See Matthew 25:14–30)
From the beginning, as much as He loves me, God kept telling me one thing: build capacity. (Then there was no SMC or Peniwallet)
Every time I built, He told me to build more. (He added SMC Bank and more)
Wiki Cat never saw a $200M market cap until I had reached a certain level of capacity to carry it.
There are blessings you are praying for today that would destroy you if they arrived before you had the capacity to manage them and God knows this.
So if you like, sit there checking your wallet every day with no career plan, no business plan, no skills you are developing, no systems you are building, and no preparation for the wealth you keep praying for.
You will lose your wallet. Either by selling it small small or all at once. (See Mattew 13:12)
StableNaira $SNR is a stablecoin designed to maintain a fixed value equivalent to the Nigerian Naira.
Many people assumed SNR was somehow tied to WKC’s market price. No, that’s not it.
This article explains what @stablenaira actually is, how it works, what backs it, and why it is fundamentally different from Wiki Cat.
