I've consulted MPs, had my life story on prison radio nationwide.
Built a very successful career.

Had a daughter.

Endured my family breakdown.

Caught Covid19.

I know, it was my job to try fill the employee vacuum left by hardworking migrating Europeans in London, who felt let down for their servitude to us, plus that it was time for a better country before Covid19.

I've had it in one leg which is very painful but becomes bearable after years, but to have a disc pop out just where both nerves come through a particular vertebrae (L5) is unlucky.

Another reminder I turned forty last year 🤦!

Just spent couple days in a London A&E for prolapsed disc pressing both leg sciatic nerves👎

Observed staff discussing many more Covid19 positive new admissions than the @BBCNews
Covid map suggests.

Perhaps they are just reporting the Delta figs now to not cause any panic 🚨?

@lankelangley @BBCNews Thanks alot, it just happened as I walked on the bus pushing Lucy's pram + my legs to failed due to the electric shock down both sciatic nerves. Rather a sad thing to do for yourself 😉!
Ambulance staff were hilarious or maybe it was the gas and air?

@YeOldeSaint @noreward_norisk I think the policy providers have a finger or 2 in the stock market RE: PPE and instant Covid19 tests that are very hit and miss.
Hearing the multiple attacks on Bojo & Hancock's integrity it wouldn't be that unthinkable to assume they want the gravy train to keep on running💰🚅

@JacquerieThe Liked Norwich as it was low violence in 2012+13+14.

It was when I landed home in HMP Brixton with the gang wars I saw stabbings daily, murders the lot. Norwich blood cleanups I did with the BICS biohazard team were mostly by self harm.

I was lucky as my jobs had me out all day.

Many defence team's are never given the golden goose to provide reasonable doubt by the @CPSUK . I've also seen unspeakable lies albeit I was guilty, 50 page false expt forensic evaluations on weapons- just to seal my fate.

@saintjoanus @BBCiPlayer @BBC It's good that it could open more minds up to the vitally needed reform we need to tip the scales from a punitive lawless prison estate to a rehabilitation oriented approach as the first is failing miserably. Most inmates are veterans of the revolving door policy. I used to be.

@JacquerieThe I spent a couple of years as 1of3 Norwich BICS biohazard cleaners + BICS trainers + was an A Wing hotplate worker/ cleaner before via Wayland heading back to a Brixton nick. I liked it, a calm place but alot of self harm aftermath to clean.

@saintjoanus @BBCiPlayer @BBC The first few minutes of a 1st night in prison was completely accurate expect wings are more dangerous volatile places where synthetic drugs are consumed by the majority creating mayhem in reality. I was used to see knives sticking out of bodys snuggled by the corrupt. V Sad.
