Does anyone know who to contact at Northpoint Crossing Apartments owned by @ScionLLC about erroneous, false cleaning fees charged on move out? The photos they submitted as their proof were taken BEFORE my daughter ever moved out.

Instead we have received two emails this week saying they’ll turn the account over to collections and pursue legal action if necessary. We cannot get anyone to talk to us! This may not seem like a lot of money, but for many college students it’s a small fortune!

We have our own date-stamped photos that we sent to them showing that the apartment was cleaned and all of her belongings were removed
on Sunday, July 19…thus proving the dates of their photos were falsely labeled on their invoice. Here are two of our photos.

She also took all of her belongings when she moved out, including her turquoise Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer and TV that are seen in the two pictures above that Northpoint Point crossing sent us, with others, as justification for cleaning fees (over $450).

Part 2: Their move out invoice falsely states these photos were taken 7/21/26 and 7/22/26. My daughter moved out on Sunday 7/19/26 and turned in her keys when the office was open on 7/20/26. She and I thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving.

@ScionLLC @elonmusk Correction to Part 2: ugh I made a typo and put the wrong move out date. We moved all of her belongings out and cleaned the apartment on Sunday July 19. My daughter drove back up to Northpoint Crossing when their office opened on Monday July 20 to turn in h her keys.

2. I might buy a Sweden jersey at halftime and cheer for the them the second half. Afterall, I did have a friend, Monica Torngren, in high school who was a foreign exchange student from Stockholm, Sweden. Plus Anthony Elanga and Victor Lindelof play for Sweden. We shall see…
