The mini gun is primarily a weapon used to shred builds and suppress player potential advancements and openings.

The fact that anything thats deemed over powered is constantly being asked to be removed, FROM COMPETITIVE, when thats a huge tool thats used in anything competitive-

Only 7 ammo total and it vanishes when all used.
And yes it also loses range. So it's not a 1 shot in all scenarios (in case theres 300hp, from far away it will not 1 shot)
