My name is Fawad Qambarani, and I am from Killi Qambarani, Quetta. For the past three years, I have been living in the Gulf for employment purposes. Over the last two years, state institutions, including the CTD and other intelligence agencies, have repeatedly violated the sanctity and privacy of our home. During this period, my family and I have been subjected to continuous harassment.
My father is a respectable and honorable man as well as a government employee. Without any justification, he was first forcibly disappeared on 3 March 2025 and remained missing for more than a month. This caused immense psychological suffering for our entire family. He was forcibly disappeared for a second time on 31 July 2025 and was released only after being held for another month.
Several of my close relatives - Afzal Qambarani, Beebarg Qambarani, Hammal Qambarani, Hairbyar Qambarani and Shehzad Qambarani - have been forcibly disappeared during 2026. Throughout this period, I have remained in the Gulf.
Today, 11 June 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM personnel from the CTD, FC and other state agencies, dressed in plain clothes, once again raided our home in Killi Qambarani, Quetta. During the raid, the women of the household were subjected to physical assault and verbal abuse. My family members were specifically threatened in my name and told that my passport and national identity card would be blocked. Before leaving, the state authorities allegedly forcibly disappeared my 12 year old brother, Jawad Qambarani.
I am a working man who lives far from home in the Gulf due to economic hardship. I urge the state to stop inflicting repeated suffering and psychological distress on me and my family. Neither I nor any member of my family is involved in any unlawful activity. We ask only to be allowed to live with dignity. Despite our poverty, we are content with our lives. I call for the immediate and safe recovery of my 12 year old brother, as well as all of my other missing relatives.
I appeal to all human rights organizations and to everyone who believes in justice and human dignity to raise their voice for me and my family.
Thank you.
- Fawad Qambarani

Baloch Voice for Justice announces the launch of a campaign on May 12, 2026, marking one year since the enforced disappearance of student leader Shoaib Baloch, who was forcibly disappeared on May 12, 2025. For 365 days, his family has lived in uncertainty, denied answers about his whereabouts and safety. The continued disappearance of a young student leader without any legal process reflects the ongoing human rights crisis in Balochistan and the systematic silencing of Baloch voices.
Baloch Voice for Justice calls upon students, lawyers, journalists, human rights organizations, civil society members, political activists, and people from all walks of life to stand in solidarity and raise their voices for the safe release of Shoaib Baloch. Silence in the face of enforced disappearance only strengthens impunity. Collective public pressure remains essential in challenging these grave violations and demanding accountability from the authorities involved.
Baloch Voice for Justice reiterates its demand for the immediate and unconditional release of Shoaib Baloch and all forcibly disappeared persons. No family should spend years waiting for news of their loved ones while institutions remain silent. Join the campaign. Raise your voice. Demand justice.
