@adamclodfelter It’s a funny thread. From what I have seen, it may be a matter of the church hierarchy and where the youth minister is allowed to serve and/or provide input. “Under the pastor” or “alongside the pastor.” Are they able to seek eldership once proving themselves for 1-2 years or no?
