I have heard it. I understand the logic.
But here is what I actually believe.
Experience is not a credential you frame on a wall. It is the filter through which you read a market. It is what separates a trend from noise. A cycle from a crash. A good deal from a good story.
I have worked across Cyprus, Bulgaria, Israel, the United Kingdom and now the UAE, across a decade of live markets, not simulations. I have arranged solo loans, mortgages, company bonds, refinancing structures, worked with banks and external lenders across the US, Israel and the UK, across limited companies, public companies, family offices and private individuals.
That range is not a boast. It is context. Because when a client sits across from me, I am not running a template. I am pulling from what I have actually seen happen when markets move, when lenders shift, when the exit strategy that looked clean on paper meets real conditions.
