@moniepointng My sister made a withdrawal through a Moniepoint POS on 12 June 2026. The transaction was declined, but her account was debited. Her bank confirmed on 19 June that the money was reversed to the POS account, but the agent says she hasn't received it.

Der is a serious power issue in our area,some parts have light while othrs don’t due to a faulty transformer. De AEDC team cam bt we are still waiting.
Please, this neds urgent attention as many of us depend on electricity fr our businesses.
