That doesn’t stop anyone from calling it the greatest QB season ever though.

RB Edgerrin James also had 1500+ rush yards.

In 1999, 2000, AND 2001, Marshall Faulk was awarded OPOY.

That didn’t stop the NFL media from awarding Kurt Warner with MVP honors in 1999 & 2001 though, despite the fact that he had Faulk in his backfield.
