Your manager tells you to email your skip levels, helps you amend the email, and right after you send it, they reply, praising you for the great work and well-articulated email. 😂🤣😂😂
Leave office politics to those who know how to play it 🤣🤣😂😂

Sometimes, when God blesses you, the blessing is also meant to become a blessing to someone else.
During my time at KPMG, there were colleagues who would pick up several of us in their cars and take us to the office. They would often drop us home as well.
At the time, I probably did not fully appreciate how much that helped. It reduced the burden of transport costs and made getting to and from work much easier.
When I eventually started driving, I found it difficult to drive to work alone without first checking whether other colleagues were ready to go. 😂
It was not because I needed the company. I had simply become used to the idea that if I had the capacity to help someone, I should.
Looking back, I realise something.
Sometimes, God gives you what you have been praying for because He knows that someone else will benefit from it too.
Those colleagues may have thought they were simply giving people a lift. But years later, I still remember the impact it had on me.
And when I got the opportunity to do the same for others, it felt deeply fulfilling.
Never underestimate the small ways your blessing can make someone else’s journey easier.
You may be receiving today because one day, you will be in a position to give.
In the last 6 years, no one has yelled at me at work, not even by mistake. I also haven't experienced anyone being yelled at, no matter how serious the matter is.
So, now when fine professionals describe the horrible things they go through at work, it breaks my heart.
If you yell at your staff, you are a dangerous being. You need deliverance, and you need to be checked.
You are not only killing staff members’ confidence, but you are also creating trauma for them.
Grow up!!!!!!!!!
