@Smitty_werbenK on this rooftop by Wild Zone 8. Its a rough farm as there's a ton a spawns. Im unsure how good it actually is compared to other spots though as this is the only one I've tried for absol. Haven't gone back since that day. There's also a dratini spawn on the rooftop to the left.
