By the way, Freedom of Speech is one of the Constitutional Rights that is not absolute. One can lose this Freedom by operation of law.

So, let’s not get emotional or excited: Judges have unfettered discretion to deal with conduct of Advocates … It is why lawyers are called “Advocates of The High Court” … They are Officers of the High Court & amenable to its supervisory jurisdiction which is independent of the Advocates Complaints Commission.

In Europe & US, which are absolute democracies, there is no freedom of speech when you glorify terrorism, anti-semitism or Adolf Hitler.
